I'm back at it today and diving into the modifications on the dash. I have cut out all the insturments and filled and sanded the holes that do not show in the reference photos. I have also added a mounting bracket for the boost gauge, and a plate for the fire system and elec. cutoff switch. Also added an "L" shaped piece below the dash to mount the cockpit extinguisher system to. Should be starting on the gauges sometime next week. I'm thinking about adding the vent hose coming out of the dash as shown in the reference photos. Anyone have an idea for a material to use that would look like the silver hose they use on the prototype? Tim

Here is a link to the tach graphic I've been working on. Download and use as you wish. It's a 4mb tiff so dial up users have been warned. Tach GraphicI plan on printing these on a laser or deskjet and then using them on my own insturments with a seperate needle. If anyone knows how to get these to print out the correct size let me know.... Tim

I would draw the gauges in a drawing program like Illustrator and after that it's no problem getting the right size. Is your gauge a scan of some sort or what? I can make them as vector art if you're interested.
