Thank you for the great pixs. What did you use to glue the 3 separate BBS center spoke PE's together?

I'm not sure what Pete's using but I would recommend at least 5min epoxy on anything that is not plastic. Also if you can solder any PE bits you can. I try not to use CA on anything unless it's to temporally hold parts.

Actually I used three types of adhesive. Like Tim - the ultimate bond is 5 minute epoxy but once the pieces have epoxy on them I used toothpicks(cocktail sticks for the Brits) to align them and a drop of super glue to hold them in place while the epoxy sets. For the rivets, I used clear lacquer paint. A drop on a fine brush and we are off and running. Incidently, I found a bit of info on these "rivets". On real BBS rims they are hex head(allen head) bolts. Norm at F-1 specialties has a set of nuts and bolts made out of stainless. Much as I like the SMS set, the rivets have round centers. The F-1 specialties set has true hex heads and they are a perfect substitution. Pete J.

RB Motion also makes a button head bolt that is the right size. It has a small hole drilled in the top to simulate the hex hole. These can also be used to replicate rivets. I have a bunch of RB stuff on order and plan on using these on the wheels. I'll post pics when they're done.

Actually the item on the left is the rivets from the SMS set. The hex nuts on the right are F1 Specialties item I used on the rims. Pete J.
