I just finished the ajustment lever for the rear suspension, and sent the photo off to Tim. Hopefully he will get it up soon. Some of it was conjecture on my part as the only reasonable view I could find was the box art. There are some partial shots of it in an old magazine artical, but it seems that it was abandoned fairly early on in the history of the car. Based on what I could find, originally there were two cables, one to each of the rear suspension bars. At some point that was reduced to one cable off the lever, then a T to the suspension. It seems to have been eliminated all togeather at some point in the first year as none of the photos I see on later cars have it. Gregg - I doubt that this would have been in the Hawaiian Tropics car. All the photos I show for that vehicle do not have driver ajustable suspension. This was a bit of fun as there were over 70 parts in this piece including scratch building the lever and the cable conections. I plan on adding compression fittings and wire hose over the cables to attach them to the suspension, but that has to wait until the chassis is built up.

That is fantastic! Thanks for the great picture. Do you have a high res photo of it? Could I use it in the mag, along with your input? Thanks for the info on the Hawaiian Tropics car. The least I have to build on this one the better.
